We want everyone to be able to watch, read and subscribe on pimpinken.net, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions or magnification.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. The site is built on Wix, which provides keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels and focus indicators on its standard parts.

What we’ve done

• Headings are set out in order, so screen readers can jump between sections.

• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.

• Text and buttons use high-contrast colors on a dark background.

• Menus, buttons, forms and the video player can be used with a keyboard.

Where we fall short

• Many videos are archive footage recorded years ago. Most don’t have captions or transcripts yet. We are adding them, starting with the most-watched videos.

• Some embedded content comes from other platforms, and we don’t control how accessible it is.
