Account details: your name, email address and login. Passwords are handled by our website platform, Wix, and we never see them.
Subscription and payment details: the plan you choose, billing dates and payment status. Card payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Email sign-ups: the email address you give us when you join the mailing list.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through a form on the site.
Usage information: the pages you visit, the videos you watch, your device and browser type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and similar data collected through cookies.
How we use it
To give you access to the Vault and the plan you paid for, and to bill you for it.
To answer your questions and handle cancellations or billing problems.
To send the emails you signed up for, such as new Vault drops. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand what people watch so we can improve the site and the releases.
To prevent fraud, protect the site and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the site, and only as much as they need:
Wix.com, which hosts the site, the member accounts and the video player.
Payment processors, which charge your card and manage recurring billing.
Email and analytics tools that deliver our emails and measure how the site is used.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or a buyer of our business if the business is ever sold.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your settings and measure traffic. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Some parts of the site, such as logging in and watching paid videos, don’t work without essential cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights. California residents have the right to know, correct and delete their information and not to be treated differently for using those rights. How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep by law, such as payment records kept for tax purposes.

We use the security built into our platform and payment providers, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it to yourself.
Adults only
This site is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your information is handled
Our platform stores data in the United States and other countries where its providers operate, and part of our team works outside the United States. By using the site, you understand that your information may be handled in those countries.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell subscribers by email.
