These terms apply to your use of pimpinken.net, which is run by Hood Box Office LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.
Adults only
The site contains strong language and adult subject matter. You must be 18 or older to use it.
Your account
You need an account to watch paid videos. Keep your login to yourself; accounts are for one person and can’t be shared. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year, until you cancel.
You are charged at the start of each billing period, using the payment method you gave at checkout.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
What each plan unlocks is described on the Plans page. We add new videos regularly and may occasionally remove a video, for example when a license ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account (log in, then go to My Subscriptions) or by emailing info@hoodboxoffice.com. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable, and we don’t give refunds for partial months or years, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, or you paid and couldn’t get into the videos, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will fix it or refund you.
What you may do with the videos
Your plan gives you a personal right to stream the videos on this site for your own, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, sell or publicly show them, or get around any access control. All videos, images and text on the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us.
About the content
The videos and articles are documentary, historical and entertainment material about a subculture and the people in it. The opinions expressed belong to the people speaking. Nothing on this site is advice, and nothing on it encourages exploitation, violence or any illegal activity.
How to behave on the site
Don’t use the site to break the law, harass anyone, post other people’s private information, spread malware, or scrape or overload the site. We can remove anything you post and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email info@hoodboxoffice.com with: your contact details; the work you own; the page or video where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are acting for the owner. We review every notice and remove material when appropriate.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including our partner sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or their policies.
Disclaimers and limits
We work to keep the site running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, including account sharing or copying videos.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects paying subscribers, we will email them before it takes effect.
